The Speculative Investor (TSI) is a subscription-based service located at speculative-investor.com focussed on financial markets and economics. You may purchase a yearly or monthly subscription entitling you to access the information provided at TSI.
These Terms of Use apply to the content and functionality of the TSI website.
- Information that you provide to us
Information that you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with the TSI service. In particular, TSI will not share your contact details with any third party.
- Copyright
The information that appears at TSI may not be distributed, in full or in part, without our written permission. In particular, the posting of extracts from TSI commentaries at other web sites or providing links to TSI commentaries at other web sites (for example, at discussion boards) without our written permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate the subscription of any TSI subscriber who distributes the TSI commentaries to non-subscribers without our written permission.
- Products, Content and Specifications
The service provided by TSI will be generally as described in the About page at the TSI website. The number of TSI commentaries (the number of Weekly Market Updates plus the number of Interim Updates) per year will be approximately 96.
- Subscription Renewal
Provided that we have valid payment details, subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled by the subscriber via the My Account section at the TSI website. For yearly subscriptions, we will send a renewal reminder email 1-2 weeks prior to the next payment date.
- Cancellation
Subscribers can cancel their subscriptions at any time at the My Account section of the TSI website. After cancellation the subscriber will continue to have access to the TSI service until the next scheduled payment date.
- Refunds
We do not provide refunds except in cases where we have processed a payment in error. In particular, cancellation by a subscriber will not entitle the subscriber to a pro-rata refund for the remainder of his/her subscription period.
- No Warranties
We will endeavour to ensure that the information provided in the TSI commentaries is accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information.
Each subscriber is responsible for doing his/her own research before acting on any of the information provided at TSI. We aim to be a useful resource for investing and speculating ideas, but we do not attempt to provide specific investment advice and we are not certified financial planners/advisors.
